THE PROJECT BRIEF;

To create and develop an original 10 page screenplay under the title, 'The Meeting' which then needs to be translated into a 2 minute short story, or a 2 minute trailer. The genre must be either: a Comedy, Thriller, or Drama.

Ingredients of screenwriting;

• Locations
• Sounds
• Story
• Plot
• Theme
• Goal
• Problem to overcome
• Change

Goal: 

This will be the main goal for the protagonist;

Something they haven't got and need to resolve/find.

Problem:

Our story must have a problem for the protagonist to overcome - the problem could be the goal, however there should be problems all the way through to make it interesting.

Change:

The story needs a change somewhere after the 'point of no return'. The protagonist must have a change.
